Needs Edited. I will edit it later. This post is subjected to continuous editing as much will be added to it as time goes on.
Take into consideration your own health needs and that of your family members (household members). I have been planning now. After years of traveling I have been able to finally concentrate on my own prepping. Here is my prep plan and how far I have gotten so far:
Prep plan:
Stock pile of appropriate over the counter and Rx presciptions for one to three months. (Am weening myself off of the prescriptions and trying to be as over the counter and relying on herbs and nutriton as possible so that my new worst case scenario is not having to go to the hospital but that the prescription meds will be enough. This means constantly working on improving my health)
Water: After researching many water filtering and gathering technologies I have finally purchased what I think and hope will be the best for my household. It claims to be able to take any water and convert it into drinkable water.
I am currently investigating water from air collection devices.
Food stuffs: I have been gathering and saving organic seeds from the produce that I purchase and planting those in a garden. I also am using heirloom seeds from Native American seed sources.
I am currently investigating self watering gardens even with water from air collecting devices. As well as raised gardens and how to protect garden soil and water from chem trails
Air: I am already at the stage that I have to wear a mask. I have found some stylish masks which I plan to order. And have on hand currently a mask that is used in extremely harsh chemical polluted air. (This is in preparation for my return to street ministry in Down Town Los Angeles Skid Row.
I have made a point to remove all petrolium based clothing and use only cotton and other plant based fibers (these I purchased at a thrift shop can and are also found online)
Although not currently a vegan or vegetarian, I have cut down on meat quite a bit because of the organic being hard to come by and expensive and the regular farm meat is not only infused with so many chemicals but is gmo cross bred with other animals.
Regarding meat: I just eat the best that I can afford.
My grandparents who grew up during the great depression taught us to can, freeze and dry and vacuum pack and how to make whole meals out of virtually nothing.
Baking soda, peroxide, white vinegar and lemon is what I use to clean and as part of my first aid. I buy things for my first aid when on sale or I think about it.
I have air purifiers and many plants.
And I have many items that pull double or multiple duty.
My home does not look like a prepper home at all. Just an orderly home.
