I am not upping it or changing anything until my travel season is over and I can get settled in my own place. In the mean time -a list of the signs of dehydration...

How to Prevent Dehydration or Coping With Dehydration When Mastocytosis Is a Factor
The proper level of salt intake is 1,500mg and no more than 2,300 mg
4,700mg is the potassium levels
Sodium outside (potassium inside) -The sodium conducts electricity with the potassium making these electrolytes
*Membrane potential * is critical for the heart to function
**6grams of salt a day is the amount we are to have that is about half a teaspoon
Do not drink more than 800 ml/hour which equals about 27.05 ounces/hour (I need to drink 14o ounces per day)
Drink electrolyte water recommended from members of online Mastocytosis groups : Whole Foods brands, Essentia brand, Pedialyte
Sodium Chloride tablets
Trioral -from Amazon
Salt Stick capsules
