So just when Michelle Carmela thought this article wrapped up and other topics could finally be addressed an associate of Once Upon an Eden, Mr. Hunar Gupta, a lawyer in Jammu and Kashmir State and an associate member of Once Upon an Eden informed Michelle Carmela of the law suit that he has filed against an ordinance filed by the education department of Jammu and Kashmir State which states that the State of Jummu and Kashmir reserved 10% of the teachers for graduates having Urdu language as one of their subjects.
Mr. Hunar Gupta is protesting on the grounds that this order modifies the selection process for elections. He argues that since the state has no religion of its own, it cannot reserve seats in the election on the basis of language i.e. Urdu. Another argument being made by Mr. Gupta, is that Jammu and Kashmir state is already a Muslim majority state and non Muslims the minority. So there by making accommodations to Urdu speaking student for more teachers who speak Urdu goes against the 1994 resolution of parliament of India. |
*It is important to note that like in the Europe and elsewhere the Ordinance passed by the education department of Jammu and Kashmir state was done for political correctness sake in regards towards illegal immigrants and non citizens who happen to be Muslim in the name of their specific rights and freedoms to take precedent over legal and national citizens.*
