Like an apple[c] tree among the trees of the forest
is my beloved among the young men.
I delight to sit in his shade,
and his fruit is sweet to my taste.
4 Let him lead me to the banquet hall,
and let his banner over me be love.
5 Strengthen me with raisins,
refresh me with apples,
for I am faint with love.
6 His left arm is under my head,
and his right arm embraces me.
7 Daughters of Jerusalem, I charge you
by the gazelles and by the does of the field:
Do not arouse or awaken love
until it so desires.
Do you remember when it was a common sight to see neighbors partying together? Big! Huge! Massive! Pot luck/covered dishes/ BBQ/Open Grill parties that would last a few hours or well into the night and sometimes a whole weekend if traffic and paychecks allowed it. The music would be blasting so loud it could be heard from blocks away which in no way seemed like a noise ordinance violation but instead an invitation for everyone within earshot to come join in the fun and get back into their groove.
The issues of today are quite overwhelming for our children, youth, teens and adults of any age. Each one of us has the power within, each one of us has the solutions, each one of us has talents, gifts and abilities that we haven't even tapped into yet. The issues of today are our opportunities to shine Super Nova in the turmultuos tides of darkness. We have gorgeous worlds to create...one seed of action at time.
ARE YOU WAITING FOR THE WORLD TO CHANGE?
YOU ARE THE WORLD GET TO CHANGING!!!
YOUR LIFE (THE FACT THAT YOU ARE) IS THE PROOF OF LOVE
YOU ARE LOVE

Then we hike up to the gardens for some prayer walking, meditation and rest and relaxation time. Finally, we make one last trip to the store if need be, then back to the bus.
Please Note: Participants provide the bus fare and snacks and/or drink. Once Upon an Eden supplements the snacks and drinks.
